English for Adult Migrants: Future Directions – recording now available

In a collaboration with the Australian Council of TESOL Associations (ACTA), and VicTESOL, ATESOL ACT presented a Webinar on 11th November 2020: English for Adult Migrants – Future Directions. Alison Larkins, Commonwealth Coordinator-General for Migrant Services, spoke about the Commonwealth Government’s vision for English language provision for adult migrants.

Then experienced AMEP teachers Jakki Cashman (ATESOL ACT) and Skye Playsted (QATESOL) responded, after which Alison Larkins, along with Jess Del Rio and Ali Mond from the AMEP Team of the Department of Home Affairs, responded to some of the questions posed by attendees. They have offered to respond to other questions later in writing which will be shared with members on the ACTA website.
