Using AI in Teaching & Assessment with Liz Easton
A practical online forum for EAL/D and classroom teachers
About This Session
In this forum, Liz Easton demonstrates how AI can take on some of the most time-consuming work in EAL/D teaching — and what to watch out for.
You’ll see live demonstrations of using AI to:
🔍 Analyse a text’s language demands — grammar, vocabulary and register
📄 Generate model texts at appropriate levels for EAL/D learners
📝 Create tiered vocabulary activities
🎧 Design listening and reading assessment tasks.
This forum is suitable for teachers of students at all levels and all ages.
Participants will be invited to share their own experiences, please indicate in your registration if you’d like to contribute.
