$20 – $40

Teaching EAL Through Drama

A Second Brilliant Workshop with Jodie Whitehurst

TQI accredited

“There are very few educators who can bring drama and language learning to meet the needs of diverse institutional contexts. Jodie not only meets these needs professionally but my students/teachers have so much fun, it’s crazy! By the end of her lesson, all our inhibitions are unleashed.”

-Dr Julie Choi, Language Teacher Educator, Melbourne Graduate School of Education.

Many people missed Jodie’s stimulating workshop at the end of 2023. Participants just loved it! So we’ve invited her back.

If you were there, you’ll want to go further in exploring Jodie’s accessible and practical techniques to engage and motivate students of all ages and levels while enhancing their English language learning. If you weren’t there, don’t miss out this time!

She’s made a short video on what she plans to do. To watch it, click here.

Jodie has travelled internationally to research the benefits and best practice in teaching language through drama. In 2021, she was a finalist for the Victorian Learn Local Pre-Accredited Trainer Award. For further details about Jodie, click here.
